The location is superb, with easy access to public transport.
The bathroom was in disrepair, with a slow drain and inconsistencies with hot water. The shower was cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. We were also disappointed by the lack of clarity about breakfast costs, as it felt misleading.

The room with a small terrace was just the right size for a few nights, and it was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The location is a winner—right at the end of the road is the bus to Brighton, running every 10 minutes and taking only 15 minutes to get you there.
I did encounter some hiccups with the bathroom. the shower only had warm water, and the sink was draining slowly. There was also a bit of confusion about breakfast pricing—one minute it was £7, the next it was £13.50, which isn't ideal.

Super cozy spot near the sea
Had a lovely 3-night stay. Jackie and Rob were super welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic every morning, especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area! The only thing was the shower felt a tad cramped. But the views from the patio were amazing and made up for it!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing us our own key for convenient access. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade options that were simply outstanding. Our room featured a small balcony perfect for enjoying fresh air. there were no biscuits provided with the tea and coffee, which would have been a nice touch. it would have been great to have more variety in the continental breakfast options.
